With major national and international experience in planning and executing outdoor shows, eps have put their support behind the new indoor Music Hall venue with the provision of temporary seating and crowd control barriers along with associated CAD overlay services.

“The Fortitude Music Hall is currently one of the most exciting projects in Brisbane’s entertainment district”, says Andrew Stone, Managing Director eps australia. “We are delighted to be part of this new venue as an exclusive partner.  It will bring a new dynamic to the Brisbane’s entertainment sector and been backed by key Australian music industry figures such as Live Nation, Secret Sounds, and Venue Director, former Powderfinger bassist and owner of The Triffid John ‘JC’ Collins.

A partner who will support us in realising our vision

John Collins, comments: “eps australia is a leader in their field, servicing shows in venues throughout Australia and New Zealand, bringing with them years of experience in the live entertainment business. We are delighted to have found a competent partner who will support us in realising our vision of the Fortitude Music Hall as a very special space for artists, industry and fans, and Queensland’s premiere live music destination.”

The Fortitude Music Hall opened on July 26th and will become the largest ballroom/theatre styled venue in Australia, with a 3,000 person standing capacity and a 1,100 seated capacity. The concept first started when Scott Hutchinson of Hutchinson Builders purchased a commercial building in the Brunswick Street Mall.

Later the team of The Triffid, Secret Sounds (The Falls Festival & Splendour in The Grass) and Live Nation joined forces and created the idea of The Fortitude Music Hall. Inspired by some of the world’s most loved Art Deco venues and Brisbane’s past, the new venue is an homage to the iconic Festival Hall in Brisbane.
