An update on “Where We Are”

eps america provides products and services to the One Direction summer tour

eps america llc was proud to support this summer’s hottest-selling tour - The 2014 One Direction “Where We Are” North American Tour. From the Rogers Centre in Toronto, Canada to the Sun Life Stadium in Miami, Fla., eps supplied a variety of products to stadiums across North America.

In conjunction with turf managers and lead tour staff, the eps operations team crafted a unique configuration of ground protection systems for each individual stadium. “We worked closely with the production and venues to pick out the best products to fit the needs of each field,” said eps america Managing Director Neel Vasavada. “We covered entire fields with Matrax and combined LD Panel, Arena Panel and Terraplas® for others to produce the most cost-effective and durable solutions for our clients.” In addition to these custom configurations, eps used its exclusive expansion-joint system to mitigate the heat-induced growth of the various groundcover systems, minimizing trip hazards and improving patron safety.
Topping off its groundcover configurations, eps transported, installed and removed a full set of GIGS Barricade for the entirety of the North American leg of the tour and also provided catering equipment at select stops for Latitude 45 Catering.

With six remaining stops, the current leg of the “Where We Are” Tour wraps up on October 5. ”The opportunity to directly interface with Live Nation North American Touring, its local promoters, security and venue turf managers has allowed eps america to demonstrate how it can provide full service, expert solutions for stadium tours,” said Vasavada. “We are proud to be a part of such a high-quality production.”
